Black Butterfly Designs, LLc offers this website, including all information, videos, tools and services available on this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.

All Sales and purchases are final. See below for conditions of exchange.
Ready-to-Ship items will ship in 3-5 business days, after completion of payment.
Custom Orders will typically ship in 10 - 15 business days (determined by the nature of the request). Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping date. Custom orders will only begin processing upon completion of payment and approval of requirements.
All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). At the current time, we only ship within the United States.
Tracking will be provided for all orders.
THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO TOOLS AND INFORMATION
We may provide access to third-party tools, videos, information, etc, which we neither monitor nor have control nor input.
Upon purchase or use of third-party services, you agree that you do so under your authority and Black Butterfly Designs, LLc bare no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of such services.

We DO NOT provide refunds on items once they are in process.
Returns are not accepted EXCEPT with prior approval. SEE EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES may be permitted upon approval of notification of damage item received. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us by email at email@example.com, within 24 hours of delivery receipt. NO items will be accepted without prior approval. Due to the nature of our products and services, your purchased item may be one of a kind. If you need to exchange a one of a kind item, you will be given available options for the item(s) to choose for replacement.

SHIPPING - Any approved return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer/client. Black Butterfly Designs, LLc does not provide or reimburse shipping fees. Black Butterfly Designs, LLc is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Once returned item(s) are received and processed, we will communicate next steps on a case by case basis.
